The customer can cancel the reservation 7 days before start without loss (except for office costs 20€). After that 50% of the reservation may be charged of the value of the reservation for the nights that cannot be sold to someone else. If the customer cancels less than two days prior to start the customer will be charged for the entire value that cannot be sold to someone else. If the customer has compelling reasons to cancel, he or she is obliged to be refunded the whole value. Such a case would be a serious illness, accident or death of the customer or his/her next of kin. Next of kin refers to the customers spouse, child, parent, mother-in-law, father-in-law, sibling, grandchild or parent or travel companion who was supposed to stay in the same room. The customer has to prove it with a reliable account, such as a medical certificate, police investigation or insurance company's report.
