The apartment is one of 6 in a property consisting of two houses and a shed forming real old Vaasa rural feeling but in absolute center. Own bathroom and living room/kitchen and bedroom with motorized bed (separate or together) and top quality tv with internet, which can easily be moved between rooms. In common areas are laundry room and sauna with an open-air terrace. Self-service breakfast is served in the aula.

 This property is really centrally located but has a unique countryside feeling. It has been in the same family since its construction and care has been taken to have traditional feeling but still with modern amenities. There is free parking in the courtyard and also a large terrace with grill during summertime. There are altogether 6 apartments for guests and self-service breakfast is included as well as a sauna and laundry room.

Notes

The apartment is on the second floor where there are four apartments altogether plus one on first floor and one in a separate house. There is no elevator. The outer door is the second from the courtyard side in the bigger gray wooden house and you have the same code for the outer door and your apartment. The outer door can be left open during daytime.

The owner or other possible staff is not present all the time to keep costs down but can be reached by phone any time. The owner lives in the same house and is usually present or close. Thus, guests are requested to keep especially during breakfast to common areas tidy.

Neighborhood

Since the house is located very centrally, 100m from city theatre and two blocks from central square everything is close such as shops, restaurants, cafes etc. The bus and railway station are about 5 min. walk away.

Transport

Bicycles can be borrowed for free for guests, a really convenient way move in this town. Railway and bus station is about 5 min. walk away. Local traffic bus stop 100m away.
